We awoke this morning to several new inches of snow. Hoping that it would be a major snowstorm, it
turned out to be only a couple of inches. As we arrived at the ski area, we noticed that all of the
snowboarders were gone. We were going to have the entire mountain to ourselves. The snow making
guns were in full force. The temps were in the low single digits which made for great snowmaking.
However, around 11am, the winds REALLY picked up. We had alot of blowing snow which
made for dangerous conditions. We skied until 1pm and called it a day. Hope the winds die down
tonight. Tomorrow is the King Ullr (GOD of Snow) parade in Breckenridge. We hope to be watching it starting at 4:30pm
