After a good night's sleep following the Giants victory over the Packers, we decided to go to the slopes a little later than normal. Our thinking was that most of the visitors would be gone by noon and we would have the slopes to ourselves. Well we were WRONG. It had started snowing in the morning so I guess people just stayed longer to enjoy the power.
However, by noon time the early power had been skied off and many of the runs were icy. We settled on a few runs and than went home. About 15 minutes after returning home, the snow really started to come down with many white-outs. Glad we left when we did. Hope the snow piles up and if it does, skiing will be great tomorrow.
